FAQ'S

Where can I save money on ice?

You can buy 30-50kg of ice (one sack) from ice plants near you! Just google, "Ice plants near me" or "ice suppliers near (your area)" and you should find some that can deliver straight to your home.

How much ice do I need to add?

You can add 30-50kgs of ice for starters. It only costs around P250 from ice plants near you.

You can also use frozen water bottles instead for a cheaper option!

How do I keep the water clean?

You'd always want to keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent any debris falling in.

We recommend changing the water once per week or more without any additives.

When you drain the water from your Pod, to extend the life of your next fill, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm water and soap.

How portable is it?

The Pod packs down into a small rectangular shaped box. Very easy to carry anywhere!

Can I use epsom salts on my bath?

Adding food-grade epsom salt is a game changer! It's totally safe to use and will help supplement muscle recovery, reduce stress, and detoxify your body.

Just remember: while food-grade epsom salts are totally safe, chloride salts like table salt or road salt are a big no-no.

How long will I receive my order?

If we are on stock, we generally ship your items within 1-2 business days. Metro Manila deliveries can arrive within 1-2 days upon dispatch.

Outside Metro Manila orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days upon dispatch depending on your location.

International shipping could take up to 14-20 days, or longer, depending on any delivery issues or delays within your country. Also due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than usual.

We always make sure to process and ship your orders on time, but sometimes, unforeseen delays may occur due to the delivery or shipping company.
